I have a Fitbit and use it daily. I’m a sedentary person by nature, and my Fitbit reminds me to get up every hour and take 250 steps. It's a helpful tool for those of us who sit while we work.

Yes.Fit virtual races are fun, motivating and there are lots of races to choose from. Yes.Fit will sync to your Fitbit (or any other device) and will log your “mileage” and keep track of your progress along your race route. I did the Route 66 Race. It was 66 miles and I did it 3-4 miles at a time walking around my neighborhood. It’s fun!
